CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING METHOD

We offer four training formats. Which one is best suited for you depends on your goals, schedule, and preferences.

Personal Training

Personal Training

You train one-on-one with your own trainer. They know your body, your goals, and your limits. Every programme is built entirely for you and adjusted based on your progress.

Duotraining

Duotraining

Train together with your partner, friend, or colleague. You receive the same personal guidance as with personal training, but share the session with someone who motivates you.

Group classes

Group classes

Small groups of up to 8 people. Each lesson is different and adapted to the group's level. Plenty of room for personal attention.

Online Training

Online Training

The same guidance as in the studio, but via a live video session. Handy if you're travelling or can't make it to Delfgauw.

Which training is best suited for me?

We'll discuss that during your free trial lesson. We'll look at your goals, how often you want to train, and whether you prefer to train alone or in a group. Afterwards, we'll advise on what suits you best.

How big are the group classes?

Maximum of 8 people per class. This way, we guarantee personal attention and correct guidance for everyone. It's not a crowded gym experience, but a small-scale class where your coach always has an eye on you.

Can I switch between training methods?

Yes, you can switch flexibly. Many clients combine personal training with group classes, for example, or switch to online training when they are travelling.

What do I need for online training?

A laptop, tablet or phone with a camera and a stable internet connection. We will send you the training plan and the link for the video session. You will also need some space.

Is personal training suitable for beginners?

Yes. We work with people aged 10 to 88, from complete beginners to advanced. Each programme is tailored to where you are right now.

How long does a training session last?

A session typically lasts 50-60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. The duration is similar for duo training and group classes. Online sessions can be scheduled more flexibly.

What does training at Level Six cost?

The rates vary depending on the type of training. During the free introductory lesson, we will discuss which package suits you and what it costs. No small print.

What if I have an injury or disability?

We tailor all training sessions to your needs. Our head trainer has extensive experience with clients suffering from chronic conditions, injuries, or recovering from physiotherapy. Safety is always our top priority.
