We offer four training formats. Which one is best suited for you depends on your goals, schedule, and preferences.

You train one-on-one with your own trainer. They know your body, your goals, and your limits. Every programme is built entirely for you and adjusted based on your progress.

Train together with your partner, friend, or colleague. You receive the same personal guidance as with personal training, but share the session with someone who motivates you.

Small groups of up to 8 people. Each lesson is different and adapted to the group's level. Plenty of room for personal attention.

The same guidance as in the studio, but via a live video session. Handy if you're travelling or can't make it to Delfgauw.

No standard schedule. Your programme will be built entirely around your body, goals and what you can handle. This will adapt as you progress.
